Art Institute Of Schaumburg

I applied for one recently and have not heard from them yet. In general, how difficult is it to be accepted into one of the Art Insitute. (By the way, I asked the Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg)

As far as I know, its almost everyone. Until you have obtained a high school diploma (or receieved a GED) and show interest, you should be fine.
and also, SCAD is not associated with the Art Institute chain so it's not really relevant, GIO is just a place easy to get in too.
However, all schools of art, like RISD has an acceptance rate of 33%, MICA 35%, and Cooper Union is around 4%

Not difficult at all. As long as you have money or if you are eligible for grants and loans, you will not have any trouble getting in. Trust me.
