Bird Proofing

Then I read things about getting amillion safe for many animals, but never once did I see a bird proofing chamber. So I got a heater for my room, finally if its warm enough to move the bird, where it will get more attention. So it's going out (with its wings clipped) How would I go about checking birds in my room? I do not want him going behind things and electricuted. Also im afriad that even if I have a top on my tank, there is still enough room for him to pass.
it does raise some questions more
What should I do if he manages to get behind my entertainment center or something and I can not get to him, how can I get him out?
Also how can I make room for him fum
