Bottle Popper

I plan a party next weekend and I'm suppose to find this thing confetti popper that is in a bottle of champagne and when you open it, confetti comes out .... I tried looking online but I guess you have to buy, like huge quantities of bulk commodities, and I need a bottle or two. Does anyone know of any store in the Sacramento area that sells it????
