I am a mother of two British children in Detroit, I dont have guardianship. I want their birth. Can I succeed? I'm already identified on their birth certificate, but for legal reasons, I am unable to obtain records from the tutors. But if I can prove who I am because of my British record it is accessible to me?
Anyone can obtain a copy of a birth certificate of the person if they know what hospital he was born to. All they have to do is ask the hospital and pay the corresponding fee. Same goes for death certificates.
yes
If they were born in the United States and you know Pertain info, you can get a copy. the only way I know of is to get one from the county where they were born. I've never heard of the achievement of hospitals all the paperwork to give copies of birth certificates to.
