Christian Astrology

Christian AstrologyDo you accept the truth of the Christian Astrology?

God is working through the signs of the stars. Considering that why Christians are not more willing to accept the truth of Christian Astrology?

My grandparents went through a phase of astrology ... they do not deny it but they really have lost interest ... switched to something else.
I know there are many astrological references in the Bible. This is one reason I think the story of Exodus is unrealistic (Egyptian Moses was raised which means that he was raised reading stars and yet are lost for forty years in a desert that is not if large).
You're analogy is interesting, but I do not know that the authors of the Bible, even knew what was real.
BTW, anyone who uses a quote on astrologers to be wrong ... the same "wise men" who were astrologers who followed a star to Bethlehem. (I have my doubts about the story, but certainly the early Christians used astrology)

none of this is biblical.

it is not Christian or biblical

It is not who is false teaching.

God did not use astrology and men came with those names.

Men named the stars and turned astrology into the evil it is today.

Delay.

Is an oxymoron.

Simple, it is not written in the stars and follow the signs. It is written to follow Jesus. Nowhere in the Bible you will find all of the foregoing. Revelations says that those who add to the word of God that the evils mentioned would be added to them. Deuteronomy tells us it is an abomination to God. Be careful with this kind of thing. Very left field and dangerous for your life in mind. You have a good one.

That, my friend, is only suitable for fertilizing your roses.

D. James Kennedy of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale has talked about this, but I think it's a stalemate. After all the constellations are arbitrary and artificial. Scripture can not forget the star as a source of knowledge.

Ancient Babylon (modern Iraq:) was the largest user of astrology in the history of the world, but they were unable to predict their own downfall through astrology:
Isaiah 47:13 (KJV) You're tired of the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, astronomers, forecasters months, get up, and save thee from [these things] that shall come upon thee.

No, I do not believe in Christianity or astrology.

* Raises eyebrow *

It looks like a really weird turn of everything I learned about astrology.

I have not seen the whole truth "there. A whole bunch of speculation.

For the record, there is a big difference between "mythology" and "truth".

The road to destruction is wide, my friend, and you're on it.

Jeremiah 10
2Thus says the LORD, Learn not the way of the Gentiles, and not be appalled by the signs of heaven for the heathen are dismayed at them.

Isaiah 8:16,19-20
16Bind the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
19 and when they tell you: Look for them to familiar spirits, and those who say that target, and that mutter: should not a people to seek their God? for the living to the dead?
20to the law and the testimony: if they do not speak according to this word, because there is no light in them.

Colossians 2:08
8Beware that no one deceives you by philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Jeremiah 11:16 p.m.
16Thus says the LORD of hosts, Hear not the words of the prophets who prophesy to you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, not from the mouth of the LORD.
21I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not talked to them, they prophesied.
