Company Christmas Cards

Company Christmas CardsIf the contractor or company to pay for Christmas cards to clients?

Entrepreneur sells products on behalf of the company. If the contractor is one who has to pay for Christmas cards, then the contractor is required to include the company name in the map?

It is a question to the customer and must be handled by the seller or the company. Whoever sold the work should address the Companies and normally reimburse the seller for gifts to clients if you certainly can not deduct the cost of Christmas cards and gifts for clients of your taxes. The Contractor shall include the name of the Company as a means of thanking customers for their business. It is also used ediquette Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays type cards rather than traditional maps for businesses in order not to offend customers who are not Christians.

The company should pay for the cards.

I think it depends on the circumstances. For example, if an Avon representative wanted to send cards to its customers, it would cost her, but she would still be the name cards on Avon as this is how its customers know. It is more of a business "is" with Avon as the backup.

If a representative of Frito-Lay would send cards, this should be an expense of the society, since society is the "business" and the REP is simply the "face" of society.

As a manager of a small business the company should pay for the cards. If they do not want and will benefit the contractor, I send mine and sign as the contractor. It never hurts to say Thank you for your business.

Whatever you bring to the spirit of Christmas.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

If the company you hire provides you cards - they have the right to have their name on them. If you provide the cards yourself - you have no obligation to mention the company. And - just for the record - I refer to them as - and send - holiday cards - because some of your customers are not Christian or celebrate Christmas.
