Has anyone attended or know someone who attended the kitchen "Academy" in Hollywood, CA? If yes, how is school? Kitchen Academy is an intensive course as "compare to regular culinary programs (usually super $ $ $ $ and takes up to 18 months), it takes 30 weeks to finish and the price is the fraction of the price compared to "Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena." But nobody knows how his (Kitchen Academy) the reputation of the considered simply had its first class graduating this February? As far as I know, the main thing is trying to Kitchen Academy is reduce over "GE" and get right into the "hands-on cooking skills" / techniques, but sometimes all the other aspects are equally important. You made the right choice to go to culinary school. I am sooo jealous. I always wanted to do but never did. I looked on the school website, and it seems very interesting. However, I have not seen anything mentioned about what people say. You know, normally they have a tab to read what the students or clients say something? I knew someone who went there and he said it was cheeper and better training at a community college if you're a great leader as an instructor.
