What is the best Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando Culinary Institute, or the Art Institute of Culinary Arts? Hello, I'm gonna be a senior year next and I'm really thinking about a career as a chef. I just wanted to know which of these culinary schools are the best?
I worked with people of Le Cordon Bleu, and they were very well skilled.I would still not go to cooking school, without first at least one year experience working in a kitchen at least learn a few knife skills or at least to see if it is your destiny.
There are lots of good cooking schools if the whole world, you must decide for yourself which is best for research. I also recommend his apprenticeship in a good kitchen. I served my apprenticeship under a chef when I was 16. Thus I learned that I would never cook a life - just for fun ...
