Culinary Arts Schools In Las Vegas

I'm a freshman in college, but I'm planning on going at that school for the culinary arts what are the things I can do to help increase my chances of getting a scholarship to college and prepare for the college

learn to cook, use an oven, stove, fridge, knives, bowls, whisks, learn to read a cookbook. learn to use measuring cups (learning to add / subtract) know that children differ from fruit and vegetables there are and when they are in season. learn to bake (and not a box)
