If it's just for fun, design your own emblem is a wonderful idea. But why do you need a website? Get out your crayons, paint, chalk, or any other media that you are comfortable and start drawing.

The cool thing is that if you are a citizen of a nation that still recognizes and grants heraldry, you can have your peak is official!
