Gourmet Cookery

I discovered recently and I am fascinated by the vegetarian cookbooks Alan Hooker, "gourmet vegetarian cooking. Knowing that he lived to be 93, I was curious to see a picture of him and read a biography. There is some information about it in her cookbook, but I would like to learn more.
