What a good book with recipes home brew beginning? I want to go home brewing kits made with pre-made, but easy recipes seem difficult to find. I also want to learn to brew with malt real, instead of malt extract correct, but I have no idea how to do that.
My favorite for beginners (and more advanced brewers, too) is the book The New Complete Joy of Home Papazian Brewing. It gives you the technique, theory and recipes. Do not jump to all grain brewing for the moment. Try a few batches of extract of specialty grains, more relevant.
My husband started a few years ago?
Do you have a local brewshop, if this check, but he made these books and own beer and wine.
