Italian Cooking Vacations

I do not have much money, but I decided to start saving on next 2-4 years so I can go to Europe. I would like to see Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland and so on, but I know I will not be able to afford a full vacation eurpoe unless someone knows a cheap site with offers. I focus more on Italy now that I've heard is a nice place to relax, I'm a huge history buff, I like Italian food and wine and beer I like all everyone says I should go either in Italy or Germany. Advice please? Which is cheaper? Where do I watch online? Some Web sites that help out? All advice is appreciated
