Where do you buy plastic model cars to build. I could not find them in Toys R Us? We live in New Jersey. The person who will be the building is 16 years.
Well, I live on the West Coast, but we will open a copy of "Fine Scale Modeler" magazine and check the directory:

It is part of hobby shop ... this is not something you'll find at Toys R Us
I bought models from Walmart, and eBay, both in confidence
Walmart!
Wal Mart is sure to
for the best selection try a local hobby shop or go to hoobytownusa.com they have a huge selection in all scales and levels of competence
I saw them at Walmart recreation hall, Michaels stores and other hobbies. They are here!
I bought at Wal-Mart Stores K-Mart Mart Magic hobbies local flea markets, ebay local, but I perfe www.hobbyheaven.com they have a vast repertoire by price range, collectibles and old new stuff. They will normally tell you what the difficulty level of the model and they have many models of starter. Hope this helps and have fun.
