Muesli MuffinsCarbohydrates and the Brain: why we can not afford to cut our food carbohydrates Out

For people who are dieting and weight loss just trying to keep carbohydrates to a minimum in their diet, we have some news for you. To function properly, our brain requires quite a large sum of fuel in the form of glucose in order to receive, process and store information in whole or in everyday life. Without complex carbohydrates, our body tends to feel weak, a bit "spaced out", and sometimes even faint. So what you are saying is that we now have to add many carbohydrates in our diet? Precisely. However, many people simple and complex carbohydrates, sometimes a bit confusing and that is what this article is all about.

Too much sugar in our diet can actually cause damage. It can cause insulin levels to go through the roof, may lead to diabetes, it can make us feel confused, irritated and dehydrated, even when taking into simple sugars and refined from liquid candy and soft example. And today, we seem to have no place to go as we are told that almost anything can be bad for us, it seems. However, this is what GI is used for! Firstly, I want to mention why we need glucose. Over 10% of the energy of our bodies goes directly to our brain cells that communicate with each other neurons are called always in a state of metabolic activity and bioelectric signals are burning fuel like crazy. In other words, we are always thinking and we need fuel to run us.

So, let's go down. There are two main types of carbohydrates. Simple and complex carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates are found in most processed and refined foods (like candy and corn syrup) and maybe some natural foods. They are made of sugar molecules to short chain break easily and can be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream creating that rush, we all experienced. The disadvantage is that the pancreas, and to compensate, pumps its high levels of insulin. We all know that many, many causes of insulin: diabetes. But, complex carbohydrates are different. They are more like "time-release 'energy capsules that will optimize our brain performance.

The function of release time for complex carbohydrates is caused by the cellulose fibers that surround the sugars and slow the process of digestion and circulation as energy production, keeping us in good condition. The liver then destroys the stumps more (complex carbohydrates so) in the shortest (just as simple carbohydrates, somehow) and it allows our blood. Now, if we do not have the right amount of glucose from this process, our brain will start to get tired quickly and we end up with a severe case of "out of him" the feeling that many experience when protein diet right. You must obtain carbohydrates there, but good!

How can we find these sources right? I have a little information here to help you educated on the foods most commonly To help make the best decisions when your target to optimize the performance of your brain. Please note that the higher the glycemic index number, the more gradual release of glucose in the blood which minimizes blood sugar fluctuations and focus and optimizes brain.
