Pokemon Card Prices

Pokemon Card PricesPikachu is the illustrator for the Pokedmon card rarest of all time?

Pokedmon was launched in Japan back in late 1996. In 1997, a little-known drawing contest was held. The contest took place in Japan three different periods in 1997. In each contest, two of the best children's drawings were selected and the price was one of the rare Japanese Pokemon cards. This map came to be known as "Illustrator" or "Pikachu Illustrator," as it is sometimes called.

But is this Pokedmon card rarest card of all time?

I think the answer is yes. It is more rare Japanese Pokemon cards by longshot and I would say that it is the rarest Pokemon cards the world has ever seen. There were a total of only six maps Illustrator Pikachu ever produced. But to make it even more rare, most cards have been distributed to very young children. The only one I ever saw was given to a boy of 6 years in Japan. Thus, the six maps that were presented 13 years ago, how many exist today? And in what state? Nobody knows exactly how many, but there were only one or two of these cards to the surface in the 13 years that I followed Pokemon. There was a card illustrator for sale on Ebay for $ 32.500.00, but it has now disappeared. A card sold a few years ago of $ 22,000. A small fortune for most of us, but the card has steadily increased in value since its inception in 1997. These cards are very difficult to find in perfect condition as they were mainly given to very small children.

The card is a beautiful holofoil that has the word "Pictures" instead of "trainer" on the top of the map. It describes Pikachu holding a paintbrush and has two stars at the bottom of the card indicating its rarity. In addition, it also has a logo brush on the bottom of the card instead of a mark in the series. This is the only card that has already set that mark.

Others might argue that some of the other rare pokemon cards Japanese are also rare or rare. For example, the trainer trophy Pikachu no. 1 card, Super Secret Battle Mewtwo 1st Card trophy instead of gold, or the Tropical Mega Battle not. Exeggutor with a trainer to come to his mind. These are all very rare promo cards Japanese and some of them, like the Tropical Mega Battle not. A map was produced in the same extremely small amount, but I still say the Illustrator Pikachu Pokemon card should be the rarest of all time. Simply because it seems almost impossible to find. I saw the other surface maps once every 4-5 years for about $ 4000-7000 per card, but the illustrator is always at least double the price. Perhaps due to the fact that Pikachu is a more popular, but I still think that Pikachu Illustrator map is the Pokemon rare card every time.
