Scopes And Skies

Scopes And SkiesOur beautiful roof of heaven

One of the most beautiful sites evolving on earth is the sky. Its scope and magnitude simply stagger the imagination. The whole world is wrapped with the endless sky of majestic scenery and colorful. In the east, a golden glow announces the dawn, while the purple sky bids farewell west day. There are times when the sky can be adorned with a royal canopy of blue or gray or white resplendent sad. rough white cotton clouds, as called cumulus "to announce a beautiful spring day, gay feather clouds called" cirrus "that summer is here, and a fall sport in the mantle of clouds that appear like wool Lamb reflects the proximity of the winter.

At night, the beauty of heaven is more beautiful when adorned in all its splendor star. The glory of the night wind is enhanced when the dawn weaves a delicate tapestry of color overhead costs. Each garment requires an infinite variety of forms, all masterpieces of dazzling beauty, all creations of art perfect. Not surprisingly, the worshipers of Jehovah referred to the beauty of our wonderful "roof" as the "marvelous work of a perfect knowledge," the wonderful works of God. "Job 37:14, 16.

Almost every day from vast clouds of heaven parade highway any size and description. fluffy clouds, stormy clouds, these clouds are fluffy as glorious floats that glide silently. There are clouds white pillar surrounded by small scattered like children on their parents. There are clouds and wavy clouds rolling, shapes and forms that are worthy of the finest sculptor. There are huge clouds that resemble a cauliflower or a mammoth white huge anvil.

The cumulonimbus clouds also called, are massive. They are composed of billions of ice crystals. These courses can reach 50,000 feet or more in height. A unique training can contain up to 300,000 tons of water! An estimated 44,000 storm lashes surface of the earth each day, about 1,800 of them in action at some point! They are majestic in their awesomeness and they can burst royal spectacle creating a rainbow. God speaks to him as "my bow", obviously one of his marvelous works. Genesis 9:11-16.

Often the sky announces the weather. In the Western Hemisphere where scattered cumulus clouds dot the sky, when the barometer is steady or increases, and when the wind blows gently, the weather will probably continue. The clouds curling long known as "mares tail" is usually a sign that bad weather, as snow or heavy rain will probably happen within twenty-four hours. Similarly, when dull gray stratus clouds darken the whole sky and the barometer drops, rain or snow will likely continue to fall. The Bible, in Matthew 16:2, 3, gives meaning to the burning sky often seen at sunset: "When evening falls you used to say:" It will be beautiful, because the sky is red light "and this morning," It will be winter, the rainy weather today because the sky is fiery red, but gloomy future. "A red sunrise presage the opposite of a red sunset.

Why is the sky blue

What is this wonderful work of God that we call "blue sky"? Blue is the color of the air, as has been seen by some in the nineteenth century. Is not blue because of light emitted by the atmosphere itself, because then it would appear dark blue. If the air is completely transparent or no, the sky would necessarily be as black as space, a fact confirmed by astronauts traveling above the atmosphere. "Upstairs is a world in black and white. There is no color, "said U.S. astronaut Jim Lovell. But more recently returning astronauts to the surface of the moon described the lunar surface as a nondescript gray.

Since the sky is not dark for us on earth, the cause, then, must lie in the behavior of sunlight when it comes in.
