Summer Cooking Classes

Hello ~ I thought it a great opportunuty for me to learn how to cook during the summer since I have so much time on my hands. Can anyone sugest a good place where I can take cooking classes? If they have classes of Japanese cousin, it would be a huge plus.

Check with your community / junior colleges, they often have cooking classes listed under adult or continuing education. Except that, check with some of you local kitchen / cookware stores - many offer cooking classes and they are often based ethnic cuisine.

Most community colleges offer courses like this. There is also a good place to find dates!
