Vf Decals

Whenever I bought MG Gundam and Macross, I always found that a stickerpad blue background. I could not remove it, even I scratched or soaked in water. The back of stickerpad have 4 / 5 lined phrases written Japanese. I am very curious because I can not read Japanese. Also, I do not want my Gundam / Macross undressing without their logos or stripes ...

If so, what are the slide decals. Want ut around the image you want to use, soak in hot water for about 20 seconds, then slide it out of the paper in the position you want it in. The other sheets are old adhesive stickers . Just shine and stick. Although, in my opinion, the water slide looks much better.
